MORRISVILLE, N.C. (October 31, 2000) - Reflecting a worldwide customer base and an expanded service offering beyond traditional cable assemblies, Insilco Technologies Group's Custom Assembly Segment (formerly ESCOD Industries) recently opted for a more universal corporate name: ITG Global.

With annual sales exceeding $250 million, the company is ranked as one of the top ten worldwide contract manufacturers of cable assemblies and electromechanical devices, servicing a number of industries worldwide including telecommunications, medical, automotive, heavy equipment, computers, networking, industrial and process control.
